Fredericia Furniture Showroom in Stockholm
In a historic building in central Stockholm, Fredericia Furniture has established its Swedish showroom, bringing the Danish furniture brand’s collection into a light-filled architectural setting.
The interior is defined by a restrained material palette of oak, leather, wool and steel, creating a neutral setting for Fredericia’s collection of classic and contemporary furniture.
Throughout the showroom, the walls are painted in CE MA 03 Washi by Cecilie Manz for Blēo. Inspired by the texture and translucency of handmade Japanese paper, Washi is a warm, nuanced neutral that responds subtly to changing daylight. Used across the interior, the colour complements the natural materials and provides continuity between the different areas of the showroom.
The project continues the collaboration between Fredericia and Blēo, with colour used as an integrated part of the architectural setting rather than as a separate decorative element.
