Refund policy

Check that you received the correct item and be careful not to damage it. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the paint is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong colour, size or sheen, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you the correct items. You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the product(s) caused by handling it other than what is necessary to read about the colour, sheen, size and/or correctness of the item with respect to what you ordered. If the item is opened, tested and/or used, it is considered used and of decreased value, and you might be eligible for a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Blēo to evaluate the item's condition. If you regret your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your paint to request a return of your paint order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered with you or the pick up point you chose. To be eligible for a return, the paint must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original unbroken packaging. The paint also need to have been stored in room temperature, out of frost or heat, at all times. To start a return, please contact us at bleo@bleocollective.com. The request must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the delivery. If your return request is accepted please send it to: Blēo, Borgergade 20, 1300 Copenhagen, Denmark. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at bleo@bleocollective.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
