Blēo’s MATTE is a low-sheen paint for walls and ceilings, offering a smooth surface with a soft, subtle reflection. It balances visual depth with durability, creating a refined and versatile finish for interior spaces.

What is MATTE paint

MATTE is a low-sheen paint finish with a sheen level of 5. It sits between flat matte and more reflective finishes, offering a balance between visual softness and practical performance.

Where to use MATTE

MATTE is suited to interior walls and ceilings where a soft, slightly reflective surface is desired. It works well in living spaces, hallways, and areas where durability and visual calm are both important.

Why choose MATTE

- Low-sheen paint with soft reflection
- Balanced durability and visual softness
- Suitable for walls and ceilings
- Ideal for everyday living spaces
- Versatile across residential and commercial interiors

Finish and performance

Blēo's MATTE offers a smooth, low-sheen finish that balances depth of colour with a refined, understated appearance. The finish creates a soft and even surface, helping colours appear rich and consistent across changing light conditions. Suitable for a wide range of interior spaces, MATTE combines a calm visual expression with a natural, tactile quality.

Colour and light

The low-sheen surface reflects a small amount of light, giving colours a slightly more dynamic quality compared to our ULTRA MATTE finish. This subtle reflectivity enhances clarity and allows tones to shift gently in response to changing light conditions, while still preserving depth and stability.
