Shipping policy

We ship orders within 1–4 business days to all countries in the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom — and now also the United States.

For our US customers, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days. Delivery will follow shortly after, with most shipments arriving within a few days, depending on location.

Please note:
– For customers in Norway, Switzerland, and the UK local taxes and duties may apply and must be paid by the recipient. – For UK customers, we have a UK VAT number and can therefore handle customs processing on your behalf. You avoid the hassle of customs clearance, and we ship directly to your address.

We work with both international and domestic shipping agents. In most areas, we offer both home delivery and delivery to a nearby pick-up point — you can select the option that suits you best during checkout. Once your order is packed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment. Delivery times vary depending on destination and order size, typically ranging from 1 to 20 business days.
