Shipping policy

We ship paint orders within 1–3 business days to all countries in the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and a growing number of international destinations.

For customers in the United States, paint orders are fulfilled locally from our US production partner and are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days.

Tile orders are produced, prepared and shipped on a project-by-project basis. Lead times vary depending on the collection, quantity and destination. Estimated lead times will be communicated before order confirmation.

Please note:

– Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped without additional import duties or customs charges.

– Paint orders delivered within the United States are fulfilled locally and are therefore not subject to import duties.

– Tiles and certain other products may be shipped from Europe. For orders delivered outside the European Union, local import VAT, customs duties, handling fees and other local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We work with both international and domestic shipping partners. In most areas, we offer both home delivery and delivery to a nearby pick-up point where available.

Once your order has been packed, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the shipment. Delivery times vary depending on destination, order size and product type.
