blomus at 3daysofdesign 2025

For 3daysofdesign 2025, German design brand blomus presented its latest collections in Copenhagen, in an exhibition space opposite Designmuseum Danmark.

Founded in 1961, blomus works across furniture, lighting and interior objects, with an emphasis on functional design, craftsmanship and a restrained approach to form and colour. The Copenhagen exhibition brought together new work and collaborations with designers including Kazushige Miyake, Sebastian Herkner, Adam Miller, Theresa Rand and kaschkasch.

Colour formed part of the architectural setting for the exhibition. Blēo paint from Chronicles by Halleroed was used throughout the interior, connecting the presentation with blomus’ material and tonal approach.

Developed by Stockholm-based design studio Halleroed for Blēo, Chronicles consists of 24 colours ranging from muted neutrals and earthy shades to more saturated tones. Within the blomus exhibition, the colours provided a cohesive backdrop for the furniture and objects on display.
