Located in New York, this contemporary office brings together warm timber, natural daylight and Halleroed's Chronicles paint palette to create a calm and carefully composed working environment. The project demonstrates how architectural paint can define atmosphere through subtle colour relationships rather than contrast.
Developed by Swedish design studio Halleroed, the Chronicles palette explores a range of earthy and muted tones inspired by natural materials. Throughout the office, colour is applied across walls, ceilings and architectural details to create continuity between spaces while allowing furniture, materials and light to remain central to the experience.
The project combines matte wall finishes with semi-gloss and high gloss applications on woodwork and architectural elements, introducing subtle variation in reflection and depth while maintaining a restrained overall expression.
