The Method Trocadéro in Paris
Located in a Haussmannian building in Paris, The Method Trocadéro redefines the contemporary wellness space through architecture, colour and materiality. Bringing together strength training, low-impact movement, recovery, sauna, cold plunge, café and retail, the project creates a unified interior where movement and stillness coexist within a carefully composed spatial experience.
Designed by Lars Seiler, formerly of Chanel, the interior balances bold colour with architectural restraint. Blēo collaborated closely with the design team to develop the project's painted surfaces, using colour to define atmosphere, guide movement and create subtle transitions between spaces. Rather than acting as decoration, colour becomes an integral part of the architecture, shaping the experience of each room.
The palette combines SA MA 05 Bubblegum and SA MA 15 Bubblegum Light by Sabine Marcelis with GO HA 10 Aluminium Highlight by Gonzalez Haase AAS and YV KO 19 Candy by Yvonne Koné. Applied across walls, ceilings and architectural elements, the colours introduce moments of softness, energy and calm while responding to changing light throughout the day.
The Method Trocadéro demonstrates how architectural colour can transform wellness interiors into immersive environments, where materiality, light and carefully considered surfaces support both movement and recovery.
