The Method Trocadéro in Paris
The Method Trocadéro reimagines the fitness and wellness space as a place for movement, recovery, gathering and atmosphere. Set within a Haussmannian building in Paris, the studio brings together high-intensity training, low-impact movement, sauna, cold plunge, café and retail in one coherent interior. The result is a space that feels both active and calm, shaped through light, materiality and carefully placed colour. Blēo delivered paint throughout the project, working with the design team on the surface expression of the space. Across the interior, Blēo colours appear as subtle yet defining accents: SA MA 05 Bubblegum, SA MA 15 Bubblegum Light, GO HA 10 Aluminium Highlight, and YV KO 19 Candy.
Used across walls, ceilings and architectural elements, the colours support the rhythm of the rooms, from soft, immersive pink spaces to calmer transitions and more restrained areas. Designed by Lars Seiler, who comes from a background at Chanel and now works as an independent interior designer, The Method Trocadéro shows how colour can shape atmosphere, movement and experience. A considered project where wellness, materiality and colour meet.
