A clean white inspired by salt traces left after seawater evaporation. Mineral and precise.
Sample tiles are available in 5×11 cm format. Orders are priced per m² and produced in Spain, with a typical lead time of 1–5 weeks. Minimum order: 1 m². As a handmade product, variations in tone, texture and surface reflection are inherent and part of the material’s character. To allow for sorting, cutting during installation and potential breakage, we recommend ordering an additional 10%, in line with standard practice for handmade tilework. Bespoke sizes are available on request (+10%). Glazed edges can be specified on request at an additional cost.

    Tiles by Conie Vallese

Shaped by the contrasts of an island landscape, the collection draws on light, weather, and material over time. Sea and sky, stone and earth inform the palette, where colour is shaped by exposure rather than surface effect. Subtle variations in surface and tone give each tile a clear presence. The palette moves between mineral blues, softened greens, darker reds and browns, stone greys, and pale light-responsive tones, developed to support architecture and create spaces that feel grounded and calm.

Conie Vallese is an Argentinian artist and designer working across objects, furniture, and sculpture in bronze, glass, ceramics, textiles, and silver. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, her practice centres on form, material, and process, often informed by natural structures and patterns. Her work moves between the functional and the sculptural, with a focus on material integrity and the visible presence of the hand. In 2025, she was invited by Fendi to conceive Fonderia Fendi, presented at Design Miami/ 2025 in collaboration with historic Italian ateliers. She has also collaborated with Danish jeweller Orit Elhanati and exhibited internationally in New York, Milan and Paris.
