Blēo's first space: A new perspective on colour
Blēo opened its first permanent space at Borgergade 20 in central Copenhagen in early 2025. Designed by the Blēo team, the showroom brings together the complete collection of paint, colour samples and tiles in a physical setting.
The space was developed around the experience of colour at different scales. A custom magnetic wall allows colours to be moved, compared and combined, making it possible to study how individual shades change in relation to one another and to the surrounding light.
A large built-in wall forms the centre of the showroom and houses an archive of Blēo’s colour palettes, developed in collaboration with international architects, designers and artists. Colours and finishes can be viewed individually or alongside other surfaces, providing a working environment for both private clients and professionals developing interior and architectural projects.
Located in Copenhagen’s Indre By, the showroom also serves as a setting for colour consultations, meetings, exhibitions and launches.
