Light, easy-going and quietly welcoming, this warm neutral carries a soft brown-grey-beige undertone that makes it exceptionally versatile. Chalky in character, it shifts gently with the light, revealing subtle depth and warmth throughout the day. A true, balanced neutral, it flatters surrounding colours and materials with ease. Tested and refined over years, it remains a preferred choice for creating spaces that feel calm, grounded and effortlessly warm.
Sample tiles are available in 10×10 cm. Additional formats are available on request and can be viewed in our Copenhagen showroom. Orders are priced per m² and produced in Italy, with a typical lead time of 1–4 weeks. Minimum order: 1 m². Glazed edges can be specified on request at an additional cost.

    Tiles by Yvonne Koné

Tiles by Yvonne Koné extend her Safe Place palette into terracotta. Created with a simple intention: to form surfaces that feel calm, grounded and welcoming. Quietly ornamental in character, the palette brings warmth and depth without demanding attention. Some tones remain almost neutral, others gently stand out, all designed to support a space and work together in soft continuity.

Recognised for her architectural approach to form and craftsmanship, Yvonne Koné is one of Denmark’s leading designers. Known internationally for her luxury namesake brand of leather goods and accessories (established in 2011), she is also the founder of the premium fashion brand Lafine. Alongside Lafine, Yvonne Koné’s creative practice extends across direction, colour, and interiors. Guided by an intuitive understanding of the world in all its imperfection, change, and contradiction, her work is driven by a desire to create sensory experiences that insist on their presence through subtle, considered forms.
