Install tiles tightly with no grout between them. Once set, apply a thin grout coat in a matching colour across the surface to fill natural pits and soften transitions. Avoid contrasting grout. For full guidance, see our 'Installation guide'.

Clean with a soft cloth and pH-neutral soap. Avoid acidic or abrasive products. In wet areas, apply a breathable sealant. The MVS tiles develops a natural patina over time — this is part of its character. For more, see our 'Maintenance and care guide'.

We ship tiles worldwide from our studio in Copenhagen. Due to the weight and fragility of the material, shipping costs and lead times can vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Product - inspection & acceptance

Please inspect all tiles immediately upon delivery — check for correct quantity, colour, finish, or visible damage. Any issues must be reported to us within five days after receiving, and before installation begins. Once tiles are installed, they are considered accepted and we cannot accept claims for visible defects post-install.

Manufacturing defects

Bleo offers a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects — such as cracking or glazing anomalies — when tiles are properly installed and maintained. If a defect is found and reported within 30 days of installation, we will replace affected tiles or issue a refund for the tile cost. Labor or installation costs are not covered.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:
– Damage from misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or use of harsh cleaner
– Issues arising from improper installation, structural movement, or incompatible substrates
– Natural variations in colour, texture, or size inherent to handcrafted tiles
– Post-installation damage from impacts, improper cleaning agents, or environmental factors.
