Non-drip primer for bonding porous and easily contagious substrates, works for sand putty, plaster, concrete, etc, and can be used both inside and outside. Mostly used in new construction and renovations. It's a watery liquid.

1 L covers approximately 4-8 m2, depending on the surface that is being primed.
