Kadeau Copenhagen, new Growing Season 2025
At Kadeau Copenhagen in Christianshavn, a new season introduces a different colour palette to the Michelin-starred restaurant’s interior.
Founded on the Danish island of Bornholm, Kadeau opened its Copenhagen restaurant in 2011, bringing its approach to food, landscape and seasonal change to the historic Christianshavn district.
For this iteration of the interior, colour creates a warmer and more earthy setting. AN TR 06 Tuscan Terracotta and AN TR 07 Highland Green by Studio Andrew Trotter for Blēo are used across the restaurant, bringing together a mineral red and a deep, natural green.
In the hallway, BE PO 05 Conker by Bertjan Pot for Blēo introduces a warm brown tone and creates a transition between the different areas of the restaurant.
The combination of terracotta, green and brown reflects Kadeau’s continued use of natural, grounded tones, while giving the Copenhagen interior a distinct expression for the new season.
Kadeau Copenhagen was awarded two Michelin stars in 2018 and has retained them since. In 2023, the restaurant was also awarded a Michelin Green Star.
